Told your hot tub cannot be fixed? Get a second opinion.

One specialist who understands the pumps, the wiring and the plumbing together, so the real cause gets found instead of another part getting swapped. Fresh and salt water. Any brand, any age. All of Puget Sound.

What is your tub showing? Tap a code.

These codes are common on Balboa-style controls. Other brands use different codes, so tell us exactly what you see and we will look it up before we arrive.

What we fix

A hot tub is three trades in one cabinet, plus water chemistry. Most stubborn faults sit where two of them meet: a heater that fails because of flow, a breaker that trips because of a slow leak. That overlap is the job.

Mechanical

  • Jet and circulation pumps: seized, noisy, leaking seals
  • Blowers, diverters, jets and valves
  • Cover lifters, cabinets and frame repairs

Electrical

  • Breakers and GFCI that keep tripping
  • Heaters, sensors and high-limit faults
  • Control boards, relays, topside panels, ozone and lights

Plumbing

  • Leak finding, including leaks under foam
  • Cracked manifolds, unions, glue joints and jet bodies
  • Air locks and flow problems after a refill

Fresh and salt water systems

  • Salt cells: low output, scaling, replacement
  • Corrosion checks on heaters, seals and metal fittings
  • Water that will not balance, foam, cloudy or green water

How a visit works

  1. Tell us

Brand, year if you know it, what it is doing, and any code on the display. A photo of the equipment bay helps.

  2. Diagnose

We test on site: power, flow, sensors, pumps and plumbing, until the actual cause is found.

  3. Quote first

You get the price for parts and labor before any repair starts. You decide.

  4. Repair

Common parts ride in the van. Special-order parts mean a second visit, and we tell you that up front.

  5. Prove it

We run the tub, watch it heat and check for leaks before we leave.

Service area

We come to you anywhere around Puget Sound. Visits are grouped by area, so tell us your zip code and we will give you the next day we are nearby.

    Who shows up

Most repair calls we get start with "someone already looked at it." We do not mind. Bring the history: what was replaced, what it did afterwards. It shortens the hunt.

    Questions people ask first

My breaker keeps tripping. Can I keep resetting it?

No. Leave it off and stay out of the water. A GFCI that trips is doing its job: electricity is leaking somewhere it should not, usually a heater element, a wet pump or an ozonator. Call us and we will find which one.

Is it worth repairing or should I replace the tub?

If the shell and frame are sound, most tubs are worth repairing: pumps, heaters and control packs can all be replaced. We will tell you honestly when the repair cost does not make sense for the tub you have.

Do I need to drain it before you come?

Please do not, unless it is leaking badly. Most diagnosis needs water in the tub and the system running.

Do you work on salt water tubs?

Yes. Salt systems have their own failure points: worn or scaled cells, and faster corrosion on heaters and seals. We test the cell and check the parts salt is hardest on.

Another company could not fix it. Will you look at it?

Yes. That is the work we like. Tell us what has already been tried.
